Shipping policy

The shipment is made after manufacture, i.e. between 2 and 3 weeks after validation of the order. More urgent deadlines must be negotiated before ordering. They depend on our workload and our stock of raw materials. A supplement may be requested for any early production or faster shipping.

Shipping is done by a professional carrier. In case of loss of the package, IN THE HANDS OF THE SADDLER undertakes to redo the order following the investigation by the insurance company. In case of obvious degradation, it is the customer's responsibility to reject the delivery. Any delivery accepted without reservation disengages the responsibility of IN THE HANDS OF THE SADDLER as to the new manufacture of products.
